We worked with AV partners to facilitate the shooting and editing of every stage talk, as well as shoot and edit the recap videos for each day, creating viral stories and a remote experience for those that could not attend.

WithLight was also entrusted with bringing the conference identity to life through dynamic motion assets spanning every touchpoint of the 3-day event. Our team designed and developed content for every massive screen throughout the venue, creating slow-evolving ambient loops that provided visual atmosphere during speaker presentations, alongside energetic 30-second animations that maintained momentum during breaks and speaker transitions.

Beyond the physical event space, we also created dedicated animations for the online experience, ensuring digital participants remained engaged and energized throughout the virtual conference proceedings.
