In partnership with the Solana Foundation, we built a streamlined on-site editing workflow to support fast-turnaround content for social media. Our team reviewed over 100 hours of stage programming to identify key moments—ranging from major announcements to spontaneous insights—and shaped them into concise 1–2 minute clips. These edits were shared quickly with speakers and teams to enable timely distribution across social platforms, helping the content stay relevant while the event was still top of mind.
